HOW MUCH DOES A GARDEN ANNEXE COST? /
The average cost of an AMC garden annexe is around £95,000, although they can start from around £55,000 for one of our smaller units.
The Example Layouts below provide a good indication of the budget needed for different styles of building.
Every annexe we design is unique and there are a lot of different variables that can affect the cost – most notably the size
of the building. However, other factors such as the cladding, the specification of the kitchen, and the configuration of the
glazing will also have a significant impact on the price.
