Our garden rooms are handcrafted at our workshop in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire using only high quality, durable materials. All our garden studios are designed to be used year-round; they're built for the British weather, fully insulated and come with a six-year guarantee.

 We have four base designs to choose from, and each can be adapted to suit your needs and the size and shape of your garden. The internal space can be configured however you choose – you might want a one- or two-bedroom granny annexe, a compact garden office pod with built-in storage, a large light and airy garden art studio or a private hideaway at the end of the garden to relax in.  Our design team will work with you to create a truly beautiful and bespoke garden room.

As you would expect, our living annexes come with fully-fitted kitchens and shower rooms as standard, but all our garden rooms can have kitchenettes or WCs built in. Glazing can be configured to make the most of the views, or you can add decking, pergolas, premium heating options or even soundproofing.... the list of optional extras is endless.
