This garden room may not be large, but we think it really packs a punch as a multi-use space.
The interior comfortably accomodates gym equipment and a workout area, while still leaving ample room for a large sofa to lounge in.
And that's not all - the spacious decking out the front makes an idea relaxation spot on a summer's evening!

This L-shaped granny annexe was designed for the homeowner's parents, who sought proximity to their children. It boasts a spacious living area with a contemporary kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a handy utility cupboard.
AMC Garden Rooms handled everything - from the ground-up mains plumbing to the exterior decking - ensuring a seamless installation process.

This garden room was split in to three sections including a large storage area, a gym with mirrored wall as well as an office overlooking the customer's beautiful garden.
The garden room is heated and cooled with a dual unit A/C system to provide year-round comfort, while the surrounding decking adds a touch of elegance to this versatile and practical home addition.

This generous-sized annexe provides comfortable living accommodation for our customer's relative right at the end of the garden. It includes an entrance hall, lounge, bedroom, fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom - all designed to meet the homeowner's particular needs.
Perhaps the most important detail though is the cat flap - ensuring every member of the household feels right at home!

Because all our garden rooms are individually designed they can come in any shape or size. This one is tucked into a wedge-shaped corner! The design optimizes the garden space, offering a neat and practical work area.
To enhance functionality, our client requested a pergola extension at the rear, designed to shelter bikes and other essentials.

This thoughtfully-designed annexe provides living space for an elderly parent who wanted to be closer to family as she was getting less mobile. Comprising a living/ kitchen area, separate bedroom, shower room and utility cupboard it sits comfortably in the garden finished in Cedral cladding.
AMC Garden Rooms took care of all of the installation from the ground work for mains plumbing all the way through to installing the steps and handrail to allow for easier access.

Fitting snugly alongside the house, this garden room offers a very usable amount of space for an office in a previously under-used area of our customer's garden.
The Thermowood cladding was a good choice - it blends nicely with the brickwork of the house and will last for years without any maintenance.

Taking the footprint to the maximum size that can be achieved without having to go through building control, the interior of this garden room is split into three sections: an office, a family space and - last but not least - a compostable toilet.
The room is finished in composite cladding (with a step to match) and includes three bifold doors which really allow the space to be opened up to the garden.

All our garden rooms are completely unique and this one is no exception! First and foremost are the bespoke steel-framed doors - they match the house and create an eye-catching front elevation. Second, the compostable toilet and self contained sink - important features our client wanted to avoid unnecessary trips to the house and back!

This garden room may have a tiny footprint, but it makes a wonderful light and bright pottery studio with ample work and storage space for our artistic client.
It fits beautifully into the courtyard of this city centre home, and the addition of a sedum living roof helps encourage nature into the space.

Our client wanted to create a room in her garden which could be used both as an art studio and an entertaining space. The light and airy interior is complemented by a large decked area out the front, including a pergola with retractable roof and windows. AMC worked in partnership with an architectural pergola designer to create this unique and eye-catching structure.

To describe this garden office as 'nestled' within the foliage of this Hertfordshire garden would be doing it an injustice. The room was designed to occupy previously unused space in the corner of the garden, and in doing so has blended in with nature beautifully. The room is perfectly positioned to maximise the views out across the lawn - no doubt providing an elegant office space for our client for years to come

Sat towards the rear of this long Cambridge garden, our client wanted to create a peaceful office with relaxing views across the length of their lovely garden. Clever shed space was integrated into the rear of the room making this a practical as well as beautiful building. Clad in Thermowood and including a decked area to the front it certainly has transformed the home-working environment.

This garden office doesn't just look fantastic, it's a highly functional workspace too. The office area accommodates three desks, plenty of glazing floods the office with light, and underfloor heating keeps the room cozy all year round. The adjoining cloakroom is tiled, with WC, sink, vanity unit and extractor fan.

Our brief was to create an office that fits comfortably into an established garden setting. The bespoke layout is cleverly designed around existing plants and trees so that the room has become an integrated feature in the overall garden design. The glazing is configured so that the office is light and open, and has the extra bonus of allowing wonderful garden views while working.

The Holkham design was the perfect look for this traditional English garden. With it's dual-pitched tiled roof and vertical Canadian cedar cladding, this garden office sits very naturally among the mature trees and shrubs of the landscape.

Situated on top of a hill in the Hertfordshire countryside, our customer wanted a garden studio to teach pilates in. Opting for some extra height to allow extended motion during exercise and with plenty of glazing to take in the views across the fields it's created an idyllic setting to help their clients relax.

This elegant looking garden room provided a number of functions for our client. At one end a gym area was incorporated with cupboard storage and full height mirrors, this led through to a sun room via a sliding door and then to the outside where a hot tub was situated under an extended canopy.

Our client in Reach wanted some extra space to use as a games room for themselves and their family. With an open setting and with a backdrop of trees and bushes they opted for Cedral cladding in a colour to blend in with the environment. The end result was a great success with a garden room that fits naturally into the landscape.

Sometimes space for a garden room is difficult to find in a city property and this installation was no exception. Nestled in to the garden and finished in a mix of Canadian and English cedar cladding it created the perfect space for an office set up.

Our customers in Godmanchester had a strong vision of the look that they wanted to achieve. The unique 'board on board' larch cladding gives the design a truly modern appearance.
This bespoke-designed home office really is the centre-piece of the garden. In fact, it's so good it was featured on BBC One's 'Escape to the Country' - have a watch here !

This smart garden room was designed to give our customer more space for working and for working out - with a desk on one side and an exercise bike on the other. Clad in Cedral - a zero maintenance external cladding available in a huge range of colours. Our customer chose silver-grey, which is perfectly complemented by the dark anthracite roof trim and glazing surround. It's easy to keep clean too - a blast with the jet wash and it's as good as new.

A transition to working from home meant that this young family needed some extra room - somewhere they could work away from the main house. A comfortably-sized two-person office created just the right balance.
"This was our first ever build and I'm so glad we chose AMC." said the customer. "They were so professional from beginning to end. All the team were very friendly, helpful and answered any questions no problem.
We had samples of the cladding and the flooring and a few visuals as we couldn't choose. We chose the "Clarity" with cedar cladding and grey windows with french doors and it looks amazing. . It's going to make such a difference to us as we are both working from home".

Our client wanted a soundproof music room for their son to be able to play drums without disturbing the neighbours. We installed sound dampening membranes and also a set of internal sliding doors to reduce any excess leakage from the glazed elements.

A need to create some extra family space was the motivation to build this garden room. Set back in their garden with a decking area to the front that helps it naturally blend in to the foliage.
